We use SMS to communicate with existing clients and referral partners about payroll processing, HR support, compliance reminders, appointment confirmations, and account-related updates. Messages are informational and service-related only — no marketing, recruiting, or job-board content will be sent.

By submitting your mobile number to SoTex (for example, through a web form at https://sotexemployersolutions.com/contact, onboarding paperwork, or by texting our business number), you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your service needs. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
